How Do I Book a Reservation?
Go to our Reservation Request page, select the dates of your stay, fill out the form at the bottom of the page and click “Book.” Once we get your request we will contact you via email and arrange to send you a Paypal invoice.
What if I don’t have a Paypal account?
Paypal allows you to perform a transaction using your credit card, even if you’ve never signed up for their services. If you chose not to use Paypal, we can arrange an alternate form of payment, such as a personal check.
What is the payment policy?
One half of total cost is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation anytime before 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be given a full refund of any monies paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation within 30 days of your arrival is non refundable.
We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for purchasing details.
What do I need to bring?
We provide all bed linens, washcloths, and towels.
We include a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel and bath soap and dishwasher detergent. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
We also have a couple of beach chairs in the closet that you are welcome to use.
How many people can your unit sleep?
We have accommodation for up to four guests. The main bedroom has a King bed with a pillow top Simmons mattress. The living room sofa makes into a very comfortable Queen sleeper.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50. Dogs must be at least one year old, spayed or neutered, and must be up to date on rabies and other vaccinations. They are not allowed on furniture at any time.
All pets are to be leashed while on the property, and owners must clean up after their animals. We assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may occur to pets or humans while on the premises. Sorry, this unit does not allow cats.
How far are you from the ocean?
We are located about one mile from the East Beach access. We are only 1/2 mile from the village and pier area, and on a low tide day, you can walk on the beach there.
