Very happy with condo and its great location! Very things in in good order, we especially appreciated the quality of the kitchen equipment(even sharp knives), fluffy towels and good linens. The condo complex was well kept. We enjoyed being only six blocks from the lighthouse and all the nearby excellent restaurants. Our favorite was Barbara Jean's.

We love the Ocean Walk Community and visit for long weekends often. This was our first time staying at this condo - and we were NOT disappointed. The place is extremely clean, well stocked and adorable. Love the screened in porch where we sat and had a glass of wine in the evenings. Location is perfect close by to the pool as well. Highly recommend. Will be returning.

Great first floor condo in a super location in a quiet setting. Very comfortable. It's a home away from home. Screened in patio a plus which our dog, Vinny, enjoyed. Ocean Walk community is very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and celebrated our 40th anniversary. Hope to return to this well-appointed property.

We loved your condo! Perfect for our family. It's central to town so could walk to restaurants and the dog park. We loved that the pool was only a couple feet away. Our dog, Moose, enjoyed walking to the dog park to meet new pals. Their location is spot on perfect. It was 4 minutes from the beach. We went to a couple different spots for the beach. And also drove over to Jekyll Island and went to Driftwood Beach. It was so beautiful, great location for Beach pictures 📷. We also were less than 20 minutes from the Frederica Stables. We went horseback riding, and explored the Fort. We had a very much needed time away from home. I absolutely loved the beach bucket gift. I used it to collect sea shells. Thank you again for letting us stay in your condo.

Spent four relaxing nights for a vacation 2 miles from our home on island. We had family visiting this week and renting a condo helped with overflow accommodations. Location was perfect for pier access and going to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to unit.

My wife and I needed a short quick vacay for a break in school. Wife is in nursing school...so she needed the break the most. Condo was nice, clean and very close to the downtown area and the beaches. The owners were great and communication was always there. We loved our stay!

This condo was right by the pool yet secluded and quiet. Lovely, shady walks with our fur baby around the complex were so nice ! The village shops and restaurants never disappoint. Love the beach. This grandma still loves to ride the waves. The condo bed was so comfy and everything we needed was provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Two words best describe my experience ~ Perfectly Perfect! ~ From making our reservations, receiving a quick response back, seeing the condo & loving it so much in person, the location of it, the comfort of the furnishings & space, the screened-in patio being so private & peaceful, to us was the best part! And by the way, you don't even need to stop by the Visitors Center for ideas on restaurants, attractions, etc., except to see the carved mermaid in the tree outside! Ken & Jeannie thought of everything! We highly recommend this condo during your stay on St Simon's! It was a wonderful place to escape for two tired weary souls & their doxie fur baby.

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation so much. The location is great! It was quiet and clean. We rented a golf cart and didn’t have to drive the car all weekend. We will definitely be returning! This spot will be first on our list to rent again!

Condo is very clean, organized, and well stocked! The king size bed is very comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here every time we visit Saint Simons Island.

St Simons is our favorite vacation spot. Was unable to come last year so we we really looking forward to being able to come this year. We have a new puppy as well and wanted to bring her to the beach. This condo is in the perfect place for what we like to do on the island. Can walk to the village or a 2 minute drive. Very peaceful setting. The mattress is very comfortable. Nicely decorated and the screened in porch is a bonus.

We visited over Memorial Day weekend and had a very nice stay at the condo. The unit is on the back and a ground floor and offers a private screened porch for breakfast and coffee. It's also very close to the pool but even though it was crowded we never heard the noise. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to prepare small meals and the bed was very comfortable. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

My daughter and family of a 1 yr old and 3 yr old lives in SSI. I retired 2 yrs ago and make it a point to come at least once every other month. We have stayed in many rentals, but have to say that this one was the best. Very clean, very comfortable, and very inviting! Thank you for a wonderful weekend! We will be back!

My wife and I stayed in this unit in late February, along with our rescue pooch. We have rented 15 - 20 condos over the past 8 to 10 years, and this is now our favorite. Our rentals include 4 in the same complex, and this was the nicest. Best furniture / bed , nicest & most private location, fans, super TV setup, and most complete kitchen. We stayed five nights, walked to town each day, loved the restaurants, and generally had a fabulous time. It was our anniversary getaway, and we plan to return again next year !!

This little piece of Paradise has everything. The screened in porch gives it extra space to relax. It is in a quiet community with a nice clubhouse that includes a workout room and laundry facility. Our dog enjoyed the little doggie playground.

We enjoyed staying at Ken's place on Saint Simon's Island. The location worked perfectly for us to bike to pier and lighthouse or to just sit back and enjoy the pool. It was so helpful that we were able to include our Mini Schnauzer on this trip and Ken was a delight to deal with during some changes in our schedule due to Hurricane Florence. My husband is a chef and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really like the island so we will return.

My husband and I loved our getaway at Saint Simon's Island! One of the main reasons is because of this beautiful condo that included everything a vacationer could want and more-- we have no complaints! The owners were very pleasant to work with as well. Will be back to stay at C7!

Our unit was very clean and cozy, with all necessary essentials. Just loved the screened-in area off the back. Ocean Walk is a beautiful place to stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable condo with all the amenities. The linens were all laundered well and smelled very fresh. The heated pool was nicely maintained and steps from the condo. The beach was conveniently close, and there were plenty of public beach access sites. The community was quiet and laid back, not too touristy.

My husband, myself & my lab stayed at this condo towards the end of June 2018. The condo is located in a great location, within walking distance to beach & the shopping areas, etc. Also I like the fact that the screened in porch faces the woods vs. the pool. It gives you more privacy, less noise & makes you feel like you are in a home vs. a condo. The owner is excellent to work with. The condo is very clean & decorated very nicely. We loved the spirit of this town vs. anywhere we have been so far. We can't wait to be able to return for a 2nd time. As long as you keep the place clean & follow the house rules, the owner is very swift at returning the damage deposit. And of course 5 stars for being pet friendly to large well behaved dogs. We only rent from pet friendly owners. I recommend this place for anyone. We loved it!

The condo was absolutely perfect for Bruce & I & of course Zeus our English Bulldog!! So clean with all starter supplies you need. We parked our car when we arrived & took our rented gas golf cart everywhere we went during our stay! Just FYI if you do rent a cart do not get an electric one as they have to stay in the parking lot with no electric to charge! Island Cart Rentals was great in changing to a gas once we found out. The restaurants were numerous & so good with great service! Too many to mention. The locals & other visitors were so friendly & made us feel welcome anywhere we went. We will be going back as it was a wonderful experience!

We had a great stay at C-7. There was plenty of room for the two of us and the pup. Everything was as advertised as and the king bed was very comfortable. Nice place.

The condo was perfect for my vacation needs. Loved being up front in the complex for easy access. Having the pool right outside and a screened in private porch was just what I was looking for .

Couldn't have asked for a more lovely place. Sweetly nestled in a safe little community, beach is just a short walk from the condo. Beautiful town. Great food! Condo was perfect. Spent lots of time on the screened in porch in the back, with a great book left for us by the owners. King size bed was super comfy, and kitchen was more than adequate. Ocean Walk is a beautiful place, with a fantastic pool, nice lake and friendly neighbors. We will definitely be back. ASAP.

We had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay here again! Everything was very clean and felt brand new. The screened-in patio is adorable! Unlike, some of the other condos' patios which back up to public walks, this patio is more private and is a wonderful perk! Kitchen was well stocked and very organized and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great with an easy drive to both the pier and to public beach access. The owner was very friendly and prompt in his response times! I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent visit to SSI! This unit was just perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, private and well stocked. Loved the screened-in porch and privacy. The owners were awesome to work with and very responsive to any and all questions. The location is very convenient to anywhere on the island -- walkable to the Pier with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for having restaurant/menu suggestions available. We did try a couple of them -- our favorites include CrabTrap and Southern Soul BBQ. OceanWalk is a very clean, well-kept property. Everyone we met was so friendly.

This little ground floor condo was perfect for us- a sixty something couple with an older dog, looking for a relaxing New Year's week end. It is nice and quiet and private. Ken was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to work the TV! We had a nice bike ride to the north end of SSI even though it was a little cool that day.

We had a warm welcome from the rental office complete with maps, guide books and food recommendations. The condo was about 5 mins from the pier, the beach, the lighthouse and the little beach shops. We only stayed for the weekend but we had a great time! The condo itself was clean and well stocked with towels and linens. We loved the Southern Soul BBQ for lunch or dinner and the sweet shop on Mallory street had great homemade ice cream. For beaches, we went to the Coast Guard Beach which had ample free parking and was great for little ones because there were lots of tide pools. (We got there around 10am and had the beach almost to ourselves).

Ocean Walk is our GO TO place in SSI. When looking for a great, quick booking without a time investment, this is the place. This condo had everything we wanted. It is close to the pool for our small grandchildren. The screen porch facing the woods was very quiet. We were very satisfied with the well equipped kitchen. The bathroom has not been remodeled, but is plenty fine, however my husband was impressed with the new swivel rain shower head. The unit was clean and felt so with the nice, tile floors.

We enjoyed this property, the location and St. Simons Island. The condo is very clean, well maintained, has all the conveniences you need and easy access to pool was really nice. The owner is nice, easy to work with and very prompt on correspondence. We would love to return sometime in the future.

OWC7 is a great place to stay when visiting SSI. It is a short walk to the village in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon for a brew. This was our second time at OWC7 and if not for a scheduling conflict we would return in 2017. OWC7 is a great place to call home when visiting SSI. It is well equipped and nicely furnished.

I enjoyed my stay in this comfortable, clean and safe condo for 43 days. The condo was well equipped and the association keep the complex neat and tidy. It was close to everything and easy to get to. I know that you will enjoy your stay.

My husband and I have been renting beach property for 27 years and never have we found a place that made us feel like we had a 'home away from home' like Ocean Walk C7 does!!! The owners keep updating, such as a new COMFORTABLE queen sleeper sofa, new pictures and mirrors, and even a Keurig coffee maker! It is very convenient to the Village (good shopping), the Lighthouse, and the pier - not to mention the wonderful eating places! If you are into walking, it has a safe sidewalk with beautiful parks all the way to the Village, which is about a half mile away. Oh, and lest I forget, it also has a heated swimming pool just steps away from the door!! Can't wait for our next visit!

My husband and I had a chance to get away (alone) for Thanksgiving and we jumped at the chance. We chose St. Simon's Island because he had been there for work recently and said it was a really nice place. I looked for condos through Homeaway and found this condo. I liked what reviewers were saying and I like the amenities listed. The photos reminded me of my own home which is one of the things I look for when we travel. I don't enjoy hotels, I much prefer that home away from home feel. This place was spot on. The condo is very cozy. I loved that we were on the first floor. It made unloading and loading our luggage much easier. I like that we were in the back of the building as well. Felt somewhat secluded. Although keep in mind our stay was during Thanksgiving weekend so the place seemed pretty quiet anyway. The bed was comfy and there were more than enough towels in the linen closet. Extra sheets if we needed them and pillows too. Checking in and out was simple. And the most important part of my stay was that it was CLEAN! I was actually impressed with just how clean it was. The kitchen had a coffee pot and a keurig machine. Toaster and microwave. There were plenty of glasses, forks, spoons etc. The only thing we felt was lacking in the kitchen was a decent fry pan. The one they had was warped and didnt properly touch the heating element. My husband and I enjoy cooking when we are away so not having this made things a little difficult, however my husband just had to get creative. He just made our pancakes in the oven instead. We did prepare our Thanksgiving meal at the condo and for that we brought along our own baking pans and essentials for that meal. The condo is in a great location. Quick bike ride down to the pier and resturants. Bottom line is that the condo was awesome and I would highly recommend it to someone heading to SSI.

I had such a wonderful stay! The whole process of booking to picking up the keys, to dropping off the keys couldn't have been easier. The towels were a little rough but certainly not a deal breaker for a future visit. I loved the screened porch as well. It was definitely worth the price. St. Simons is such a wonderful place and I have been to a lot of beach locations. It might be my favorite spot. Wonderful shops, plenty to do, and so dog friendly. If only the rain would have stayed away during my whole visit.

The condo was very dog friendly... unit was in the back of building.. outside was a green space. The porch was lovely, our dog spent hours out there. Super location to Pier and eating places. King size bed very comfortable, sofa/chairs in excellent condition. We will be back!! I have found the perfect condo for our little family... 🙂

It was clean, and a quiet place to stay. It had plenty of space to take our little dog for walks. The fact that it was right down from Pier Village was a bonus. Overall both my husband and I had a good stay in C-7.

We love staying in Ocean Walk, it is such a pleasant complex. This particular condo was great for our family of four. The kids (7 & 2) enjoyed the super comfortable sofa bed. My hubby almost fell asleep on it one night since it was so soft and couldn't feel any bars like most sofa beds. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, and gear I needed, we did a bit of cooking there. The bedroom is super nice as well. Such a great weekend and we can't wait to go again!

Second stay this year in this condo. Love it. Bed is very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Screened back porch is awesome. SSI is a great place. You are close enough to walk to village. Ocean Walk is a wonderful complex. Will definitely try and stay here again.

The condo was a perfect spot for us to stay a couple of nights to break up our 12 hour trip. The screen porch was definitely a bonus, the owners are very attentive to the needs and providing all you'd need for your stay. We are actually staying again on our return trip back home in a couple of weeks.

After 30 years of going to Folly Beach, S.C. my sister and I decided to try a new place. We have found our new vacation spot! The condo is perfect for us. Very clean and neat and steps away from a beautiful pool. The beach at the Old Coast Guide Station is perfect! Saint Simon's Island is the total pacage. Historical, beautiful, with great places to eat. This condo is definately our new vacation destination.

We enjoyed dining in many nice restaurants and walking through Neptune Park every evening. As far as we're concerned Saint Simon's Island is Georgia's 'best kept secret!'
